How do I order on the La Serviette Paris website?
Choose your items from our bed linen, bath linen, beach linen, or home decor collections, then confirm your cart and pay securely using our various payment methods.
Each order is then carefully prepared in our workshop before shipping.
And if you prefer to see and feel our exceptional materials, visit our Parisian boutique at 26 rue Saint-Placide, 75006 Paris.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), via PayPal or Apple Pay.
Belgian customers can also pay securely with Bancontact.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
Simply contact our customer service by e-mail at contact@laservietteparis.com or by phone at 01 40 15 96 13.
Once the order has been shipped, you can return it for free within 30 days.
I would like to return or exchange a product, what is the procedure?
Nothing could be simpler.
Email us at contact@laservietteparis.com, stating your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Once validated, we will send you a prepaid return label.
Upon receipt and verification of the items, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
In the case of an exchange, new products will be shipped upon receipt of the returned items.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Simply click on this link to track your delivery in real time.
You can also find all your information, invoice, tracking number, and order history by logging into your La Serviette Paris customer account.
Can I gift a La Serviette Paris order?
Yes, and each order is prepared with the utmost care.
Your products are wrapped in custom tissue paper, presented in a natural cotton pouch, and accompanied by a thank you card.
To make your gift even more special, you can add a personalized message or choose one of our gift boxes, available year-round.
I placed an online order, is it possible to exchange it or get a refund in store?
Yes, provided the products are new, unused, and unwashed.
For an exchange, we recommend contacting the store at 01 86 04 32 77 to check the availability of the desired items.
Refunds can also be processed on-site, using the original payment method.

What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer several delivery options, tailored to your needs, from same-day courier service to international shipping within 48 hours.
Delivery is free for purchases over €200 in mainland France and Belgium.
Delivery methods:

- DPD (by appointment): 1 to 2 business days
- Colissimo (with signature): 2 to 3 business days
- Chronopost 18: 1 business day for all orders placed before 12 PM (excluding embroidered items)

- Bicycle courier: same-day delivery for all orders placed before 12 PM

Returns are free within 30 days, so you can order with complete peace of mind.
How do 30-day free returns work?
You can pay for your order online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American ExpYou have 30 days after receipt to return any new, unused and unwashed item for free.
Email us at contact@laservietteparis.com with your order number, reason for return, and your choice between a refund or exchange.
Once validated, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. Embroidered items, being unique, cannot be returned;

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver throughout Europe and to most countries worldwide.

What is Egyptian cotton and what makes it so exceptional?
Egyptian cotton is like the cashmere of cotton: an exceptional, rare material (barely 0.4% of global production), renowned for its incomparable softness, strength, and durability.
GIZA 92 Egyptian cotton, cultivated in the Nile Delta and hand-picked using traditional methods, offers extra-long fibers (35 mm compared to an average of 22 mm), ensuring a dense, supple, and luminous weave.
Its authenticity is certified by the Cotton Egypt Association, guaranteeing the purity, traceability, and quality of this rare material.
The result: home linen made from Egyptian cotton with a unique softness that retains its luster and improves wash after wash.
What is the difference between Egyptian cotton and regular cotton?
The difference lies essentially in the quality and length of the fibers.
Egyptian cotton is distinguished by its extra-long fibers, up to 35 mm, whereas classic cotton is shorter and more irregular.
This structure allows for finer, denser, and more resistant weaving, offering softer, more durable, and brighter linen, even after numerous washes.
What materials do you use to create your collections?
We select exceptional materials, chosen for their comfort, durability, and elegance.
Our sheets are made from cool and breathable Egyptian Cotton Percale, or from Egyptian Cotton Sateen, with incomparable softness and sheen.
We also offer 100% French washed linen, prized for its suppleness and extreme softness.
Our bath linen is made from high-end Egyptian cotton (600 gsm) for perfect plushness and absorbency.
Finally, our beach towels and accessories are designed from long-staple cotton, for lasting comfort and softness that stands the test of time.
Is your linen eco-friendly?
Yes. We collaborate with European OEKO-TEX® certified workshops, guaranteeing fabrics free of harmful substances for the skin and for the planet.
Our Egyptian cotton, hand-picked using traditional methods, respects the earth and the people who cultivate it.

How to care for La Serviette Paris linen?
Our products are designed to last, provided you give them a little simple care.
1. Caring for your sheets
- Wash them before first use — to make your first time unforgettable.
- A 40°C cycle is sufficient to preserve the fibers, color intensity... and the planet (60°C if very dirty).
- Dry your bed linen in the open air or in a tumble dryer at moderate temperature.
- The weave of our sheets has been designed for easy care: ironing becomes (almost) a pleasure, with a moderately hot iron.
- And good news: your sheets get softer wash after wash.
2. Caring for bath linen and beach towels
- Wash your towels before first use, at 40°C (60°C if necessary).
- Our terry towels have a real love affair with the tumble dryer: it restores their softness and volume.
- Opt for a medium temperature cycle (around 80°C).
- Avoid dry cleaning, chlorine, and fabric softener: your towels simply love water and soap.
- If a thread is pulled, cut it at the base, without pulling on it.
Our polycotton trims are designed to stand the test of time: they don't fade and retain their impeccable appearance.
Will your signature piped finishes bleed in the wash?
Absolutely not. Our signature piped finishes are designed to withstand repeated washing without losing their color or shape.
We use a high-quality polycotton thread, chosen for its stability and strength, which will not bleed or fade.
So you can wash your linens with complete peace of mind, at 40°C or 60°C if necessary:
the piping will retain its beauty, wash after wash.
What is the difference between cotton percale and cotton sateen?
Cotton percale is characterized by a tight, regular weave, with a cool, soft and breathable feel, ideal for any season.
Cotton sateen, denser, is distinguished by its subtly satin-like appearance and silky feel, a signature of the finest hotel linens.

Do you offer a custom embroidery service?
Cotton percale is characterized by a tight, regular weave, with a cool, soft, and breathable feel, ideal for all seasons.
Cotton sateen, denser, stands out with its subtly satiny appearance and silky touch, a hallmark of linens found in the finest hotels.
We offer custom embroidery on our towels and bath accessories, bathrobes, ponchos, as well as on our beach towels and foutas.
For bed linen, only pillowcases can be personalized.
Each embroidery is done in our Parisian workshop within an average of 7 working days, then shipped.
In case of urgency, you can visit a store: some embroideries can be completed in 24 hours or less, depending on how busy the store is.

Do your fitted sheets fit all mattresses?
Yes. Our fitted sheets are designed to fit most mattresses thanks to their 30 cm elasticated skirt, which provides a perfect fit.
And for thicker mattresses, some models offer a skirt up to 40 cm, ensuring a flawless, wrinkle-free hold.
The result: a sheet that always stays in place, elegant and comfortable, regardless of the height of your mattress.
Do you offer custom-made sheets (size, finishes)?
Yes. We make your sheets and pillowcases to measure, according to the exact dimensions of your bedding or with the piping color of your choice.
Simply write to contact@laservietteparis.com specifying your wishes: our team will assist you in choosing the most suitable materials and finishes.
Depending on the request, a minimum order may be required.
Do you work with hotels, decorators, or professionals?
