An art form that dates back to ancient Egypt (these Egyptians were truly remarkable) and spread throughout Europe through various patterns and techniques. What we now understand by embroidery is the art of marking or ciphering, the process of embroidering one's initials or first name onto household linen, for example, using a "marking stitch."

With us, therefore, no hieroglyphs but letters and numbers that find their harmony and aesthetic appeal in balance.

So, we've carefully studied with our embroidery workshop the most aesthetic and practical placements. In the top corners for your pillowcases; in the right-hand corner for your bath towels; and depending on the patterns for beach towels. We offer thread colors meticulously chosen and adapted to the color of your product. And if you choose our "piping" finishes, trust us, we've selected only one color, that of the piping, to avoid any possible lapse in taste.

We adapt the size of each embroidery according to the dimensions of the chosen towel, but also based on the number of characters to find the most elegant proportions. In short, an embroidery that reflects you, a custom-made embroidery.

Is it possible to embroider a logo, design, or other motif in addition to those you offer?

Yes, please do not hesitate to contact us by email (contact@laservietteparis.com) to submit your request; we would be delighted to review it.

Please note that lead times for custom projects are slightly longer, and additional fees may apply if applicable.

I can't find the thread color I want, how do I choose another one?

We have pre-selected a large number of thread colours, but if you cannot find the one you need, please do not hesitate to contact us; we would be delighted to order it for you.

What is the lead time for custom embroidery?

If you place an order on our website, embroidery will be completed in an average of 5 working days, with an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery.

Please note that we offer a bicycle courier service for our Parisian customers.

If you place an order in-store, embroidery can be done on the same day depending on demand, otherwise allow 2 to 3 days.
I made a mistake when ordering my embroidery, what should I do?

Don't panic! Notify us as soon as possible by calling our customer service at 0140159613 or by email at contact@laservietteparis.com.

If your order has not yet been embroidered, we will be happy to accommodate your correction requests.

Otherwise, we cannot take back or exchange embroidered products.
I'd like to send a gift. Will the invoice be included in the package?

No, rest assured! The lucky recipient will receive your package, containing only your gift and a delivery note without the price.

I would like a different placement or embroidery than those offered on the website, what should I do?

With our embroidery workshop, we have studied the most aesthetic and practical placements.

However, if you wish to change the placement of an embroidery, do not hesitate to contact us; the workshop will be happy to study your request.

For fonts, if we have it, no problem. Otherwise, additional charges may apply to set up your font in the machine.
